Ambassador Fatih Ulusoy graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of International Relations.

At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which he joined in1996, he worked in the departments of Central Asia, Middle East and Cyprus and served as Deputy Special Advisor to the Minister. He worked in Turkish diplomatic missions in London, Tokyo, UN Office at Geneva and Hong Kong. He served as political advisor to NATO Senior Representative in Afghanistan.

Ambassador Ulusoy served as the Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Ethiopia and as the Permanent Representative to the African Union between 2015-2019, as the Chair of the Southern Philippines Peace Process - Independent Decommissioning Body between 2019-2021, and as the Ambassador of Republic of Türkiye to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia between 2021-2024. He started his mandate as the Ambassador of Republic of Türkiye to the Republic of North Macedonia in 15 March 2024.

Ambassador Ulusoy is married and has two children. He speaks English.
